Bainbridge Industrial Park
The Bainbridge Industrial Park, on 10 acres of environmentally sound property, borders Route 7 on the northeast side of the Village. The topography of the site is relatively flat, rolling toward the Susquehanna river.
The park is within easy access to Interstate Highway I-88, State Highway 206, 7 and County Routes 38 and 39. I-88 provides a link to all the major Highways in the Northeast. The major cities in the Northeast are within 6 hours of driving time or less.
The Industrial Park is laid out in one plus acre lots which can easily be combined to give a larger lot, should the purchaser need more space for their operation. Additionally, the park is serviced by the Village of Bainbridge with both water and sewer systems. Both systems as well as electric energy are ready to handle larger capacities as the Park development continues.
Currently: (2) One acre lots are available for sale. Suggested list price per lot is $30,000 each. Lots are adjacent to each other so they can be combined for a 2 acre parcel of land. These lots are approved for business use and ready to build. Call (607) 967-8102 for more information. Pictures of the lots are shown below.
